Senior Analyst, Digital Marketing/PPC
We're seeking an exceptional digital marketing professional as a key addition to our fast-growing
team. This person will use his/her quantitative skills to analyze and manage traffic acquisition
activities—with a primary focus on paid search marketing—and work closely with our engineering
team to help drive strategic digital marketing projects.
In this role you will:
- Manage and expand existing paid search campaigns across multiple web properties
- Champion new campaigns in adjacent channels such as display and remarketing
- Help build a new line of business, focusing on aggressive customer acquisition and
cross-sale opportunities
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Manage Google AdWords and Bing Ads search PPC campaigns
- Grow PPC campaigns through keyword expansion, match type testing, and other strategies
- Actualize different strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting,
display network, and other facets of paid search
- Write, review, and edit PPC ad copy and landing page content to support all PPC campaigns
- Analyze and report on all data metrics in relation to PPC
- Optimize non-search PPC campaigns, including site-targeted campaigns, remarketing campaigns,
and display network ads
- Monitor trends and best practices in PPC and digital marketing
You’ll be an integral part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial company, and you'll have the
influence and tools available to rapidly grow our business. We’re looking for someone with
analytical ability, an interest in growing a business, and the enthusiasm to push us forward. We
need change agents—smart, analytical people who can rip through data to find trends and nuggets
of insight, and who have the experience and drive to get results from their findings.
Background/Experience:
- 3–5+ years in digital marketing, with demonstrated increases in responsibility
- BS/BA, preferably in a technical or quantitative major, or demonstrated analytical and
technical ability
- Extensive prior experience managing complex PPC campaigns
- Expert understanding of Google Analytics or comparable analytics software
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills required; understanding of statistics and experience
with SQL preferred
- Entrepreneurial mindset, sense of urgency and accountability
- Great teamwork skills are essential
Compensation:
- Commensurate with experience. Includes stock options, bonus plan, and generous vacation

Case Specialist
Department: Customer Care
Location: Waltham, MA
We are looking for confident, outgoing, empathetic, and coachable people who don't settle for
average salaries to join our customer care team. The customer care team handles incoming calls
from potential customers and follows up on online appointment requests. The Case Specialist’s
role is to help potential customers become comfortable and confident about using our products
and services. The focus is on being a trusted, comforting, problem-solver for people going
through a tough time. The Case Specialist tackles product questions in a timely manner by being
attentive while verifying the customer's situation, needs, and wishes; determines the root
causes of the customer’s problem; selects and suggests the best solution to solve the problem;
and follows up reliably and punctually when necessary. The Case Specialist also facilitates
purchase transactions with potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- Communicating by phone and email with potential customers in response to product and service
inquiries. Customer satisfaction is a key company metric.
- Consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics as defined by the company while
contributing to overall team goals. We are growing quickly and you’ll be an important
contributor to that growth.
- Responding to customer expectations of quality by answering customer phone calls in a timely
manner and by meeting your commitments for follow up when promised. Our brand is the most
trusted in the business and Case Specialists are our brand ambassadors.
- Contributing to team projects to improve our processes and results as a group. We are all
about getting better, and Case Specialists can contribute new ideas and energy to that
process.
- Performing other administrative duties as directed. We are about getting it done and pulling
together as a team.
Hours:
Pick from two available shifts: Weekdays from 9:00 am–6:00 pm or 12:00–9:00 pm. Weekend shifts
are also available.

Marketing and Social Media Intern
Department: Marketing
Location: Waltham, MA
We are seeking energetic, creative people to help shape our marketing and outreach. This is a
wonderful opportunity for any aspiring marketer with strong skills in content writing and social
media. Interns will gain experience in a variety of areas, including blog marketing, social
media, copywriting, and competitive market research. Our ideal candidate has excellent written
communication skills as well as an ability to think outside the box and find creative new
solutions to old problems. Hours are flexible, although full time is preferred.

- Create blog content
- Develop content for social media channels
- Draft communications targeted at end users
- Create engaging surveys for users about their experiences with our services
- Conduct competitive market research
- Develop product specifications based on user feedback
